Easy Return Policy (Effective 3/15/24)

This policy applies to purchases made on FRSafety.com

• Non-defective items should be returned in new condition, with tags attached, and not worn or laundered. 
• Made-to-order items or items with names embroidered are not returnable.
• Returns should be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the original ship date.
• Once it reaches our warehouse in Medina, OH, your refund should be applied within 3-5 business days.

Need to send something back?

• Once you contact us, we will email you a free label for any eligible return. 
• The label we send will have your tracking number if you wish to track the package.
• Use any UPS service to send your return.
• Once the return is received, we'll take it from there! We will process the return as quickly as we can and refund your original form of payment. Credits applied to credit cards should appear on your statement within 72 hours.
