Quality Control and Customer Service Issues

Nice pants but the zipper broke after wearing the only a few times. Fixed it myself, broke again. Need to replace with new. Getting in touch with Ariat for a replacement was less than easy... had to give everything but a kidney. No resolution - ordered a new pair through Slate Rock. That part was fast and easy. Thank you
