Returns and Exchanges

Common Sense Return Policy

  • Returnable items must be unworn, unlaundered, in like new condition, with appropriate tags still attached. 
  • Slate Rock Safety does not accept returns after 30 days from date of shipment from the manufacturer or Slate Rock Safety.
  • All returns exchanges must have a return authorization number. Contact Slate Rock Safety customer service at 866-783-7977 x1 to get a return number. Returns or exchanges must be received within thirty (30) days of issuance of Return Authorization to receive credit or be eligible for exchange.
  • Manufacturer's Defects: New products, with or without embroidery, with defects in construction or fabric, are eligible for return. When requesting a return number, please indicate that the merchandise is defective, and we will provide a shipping label via email to return the item at no shipping cost. Garment will be repaired or replaced as appropriate.
  • Shipping Errors: New products (with or without embroidery) that do not match the original order in color, size or style are eligible for return.
  •  Size, color, or style changes, without embroidery, are eligible for exchange. Customer is to pay shipping to return garment. Replacement garment will be shipped upon receipt of return garment at no additional shipping cost to customer.
  • All embroidered, screen-printed or custom items are not eligible for return. Sales on embroidered, screen-printed or custom items are final.

 

 Exchange Procedure

  • Contact Slate Rock Safety Customer Service at 866-783-7977 x1 for a return authorization number and the return address; have your original order number, product number and new size ready.
  • Ship your package back to us with the return number clearly written on the box.
  • Once the even exchange is received, we will ship the new item.

Return Procedure

  • Contact a helpful Slate Rock Safety Customer Service Rep at 866-783-7977 x1 for a return authorization number and the return address; have your original order number and the product number ready. Customer Service will advise of any restocking fees at this time.
  • Ship your package back to us with the return number clearly written on the box.
  • Once the return is received, we'll credit your credit card account, less shipping charges and any applicable re-stock fees (see below for more information). Once a credit is issued to your card, it should appear on your statement within 72 hours.

 

It's important to note the following:

  • Slate Rock Safety does not refund shipping costs for returned items, unless there is a product defect. Product defects should be confirmed at time of receipt of product.
  • Some items require a re-stocking fee. This fee varies by manufacturer, and we will advise you of this when we issue your return authorization number.
  • Slate Rock Safety does not accept returns after 30 days from the date of shipment.
  • Slate Rock Safety does not accept returns if any tags have been removed.
  • Slate Rock Safety does not accept returns if the garment has been worn or laundered.
  • Slate Rock Safety does not accept returns or exchanges outside of the United States.
