Knee length leggings

For our application the 65 cal / HRC 4 knee length leggings work well. Our personnel needed protection from arc blast, including near the floor. With the leggings they can use the blast overcoat and continue to wear the leggings when not in danger of arc blast. This helps save time and energy of removing a full length coverall type of blast protection.
