Our flame resistant work pants in duck dungaree by Carhartt FR come in 13 oz. FR duck, 100% cotton.
Garment is certified to NFPA 2112, 2007 edition.

Laundering Instructions for Carhartt Flame-Resistant Clothing / Unlined or Twill-Lined

Machine wash warm at temperature not to exceed 165°F (74°C).
Do not use chlorine bleach, hydrogen peroxide bleach, softeners or starch.
Tumble dry low, remove promptly. Iron with low heat.
Do not dry clean.

Love these pants. They don't shrink after washing and drying. Very heavy duty and long lasting. Tried other brands of comparable Dungaree pants, cheaper is not better in this case.

If you like your standard Carhartt pants, get the same size. They seem almost identical. Different button, same great quality and fit. The FR is a bit itchy so make sure to wash before wearing. I have had this problem with all FR clothes.
