This flame resistant midweight canvas Dearborn jacket made by Carhartt offers these great features:

8.5-ounce FR canvas: a blend of 88% cotton and 12% high-tenacity nylon
6.75-ounce FR quilt lining: FR modacrylic batting quilted to twill face cloth
Two inside patch pockets with FR hook-and-loop closures for convenient storage
Nomex rib-knit cuffs
Brass front zipper with Nomex zipper tape has inside and outside protective flaps and hidden snap closure for electric arc protection
Size Large back length 28¾", Tall 30¾"
NFPA 70E compliant

Great jacket. Warm and comfortable the only thing wrong is the sleeves are a bit long for me. I am 6' 200 lbs and the XL Tall jacket is what I went with. I have gone thru two other cheaper FR jackets that I have wore out. The Carhartt FR is a well built, tough jacket. I am very happy with It.

The Carhartt FR jackets are exactly what you would expect from Carhartt. They are durable, comfortable and quite stylish. The non-electrical personnel on site have been trying to figure out how to qualify for this FR jacket .

I ordered an extra large and it was way too big, so I sent the jacket back. I received my jacket just the other day in a size large, and the jacket fit and feels great. If you plan to order this jacket, trust me, your going to want to order a size smaller. Other than that the jacket is great.

I really like the jacket, the one thing I can say is that I ordered an extra large based on the sizing chart; but, when the jacket arrived it was too big. I had to send the jacket back for a large instead. Other than the inconvenience of having to send the jacket back, I really liked the jacket.

The Carhartt FR jackets are very well made and extremely comfortable. Unlike some safety PPE, I have had no difficulty in getting the Maintenance technicians to wear them while working. Overall they are a welcomed addition to our Electrical Safe Work Practices program. I should note that they would have received five stars if they had shipped in blue as ordered instead of brown.
