This flame resistant winter parka is made of EXCEL FR ComforTouch flame resistant 7 oz. twill 88% cotton / 12% nylon, water repellant fabric, with an inner insulation of flame resistant, 12 oz. two-layer quilted needle punch Modaquilt fabric, and features:

Separating, heavy duty, NOMEX taped brass zipper, fully covered w/two layer storm flap, concealed snap closure

Fully insulated stand-up collar

Knit NOMEX storm cuff within hemmed sleeve end

Two large external patch pockets, w/concealed snap secured flaps with hand warmers, one inside chest pocket
