These Dickies FR carpenter jeans offer are a great work jean. These jeans offer a great amount of storage and protection. Dickies makes these flame resistant jeans with 14 oz. FR Indura Denim. They have an arc rating of 18.3 cal/cm² and offer an HRC level of 2. The jeans are pre-washed for a comfortable feel and stylish look. These FR jeans come with five pockets; two front inset pockets, the right one has a coin pocket and the two rear pockets tapered pockets. They also have a dual functioning pocket and hammer loop for extra convenience. These NFPA 70E compliant jeans have a relaxed fit through the seat and thigh for ease and comfort of moving. They are finished with a triple-feld stitch on the outer seams and rear for additional durability.

These jeans are very comfortable with a loose fit in the leg area. The jean sizes I found run a little smaller in the waist for FR jeans than they do for regular jeans so I will need to order one size larger in the future. The length is right on and the versatility brought by the extra large side pocket comes in very handy and is perfect for carrying my meter or other tools. An excellent choice for electricians who do shift work and must carry many different tools.
