This unique arc flash kit, with an arc goggle and double-layer Carbon / KEVLAR® balaclava, provide the protection youre looking for. When worn together, you get:
  • Protection rated to an arc rating (ATPV) of 27 cal/cm² when tested in combination
  • A lightweight, cost-effective alternative to faceshields
  • Increased breathability and and range of vision versus traditional beekeeper hoods
Our arc goggle features:
  • An optically correct, hard-coated outer lens
  • An anti-fog inner lens
  • Baffled top and bottom vents
  • A comfortable elastic strap that secures the goggle to the head and hard hat
  • Special strap adjusters allow the straps to be adjusted while wearing gloves
The balaclava features:
  • Two layers of knit Carbon / KEVLAR® with an arc rating (ATPV) of 27 cal/cm²
  • Slightly longer bib for additional arc protection
  • Countoured eyehole that can be worn over or under the nose


Laundering Instructions
  • Wash this fabric separately from other fabrics.
  • Use warm water and mild detergent.
  • Do not use chlorine bleach of fabric softener.
  • Dry warm cycle, remove immediately.

This is an excellent product at an excellent price. Allows for superior maneuverability and does not limit vision. It is small so it can easily go where I go. Can't wait for the CAT 4 goggles to get approved.
