ANSI 107 provides worker visibility in daylight and at night. This is achieved by a specific amount of fluorescent material to provide daytime visibility, and reflective material to provide nighttime visibility.

Class 2 garments per ANSI 107 can be safety vests with reflective trim. There are specific amounts of fabric and reflective tape that must be visible per the standard.

Class 3 garments require additional background material and reflective tape.
