Setting Up Your Online Clothing Program

 

Setting up with FRSafety Outfitters Online Clothing Program is a simple, step-by-step process. Below is a brief overview of the steps you'll need to complete to get started.

There is an initial process involved for you and us to get the system set up for you. Once you've experienced our service, software, and the great line of products we provide, we think you'll thoroughly enjoy the convenience and responsiveness you'll get from FRSafety and FRSafety Outfitters. Complete the 70E Store Outfitters New Customer Packet. Our new customer packet includes:
  • Product Questionnaire – This brief document ensures we gather much of the pertinent data needed to set of the customized website. It confirms what products you want available to your team, how you want them shipped, how you want purchases over allowance handled, and more.
  • Team Data Spreadsheet - Team data can be provided in an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file that we import. There's no re-typing of the data, eliminating room for error.
  • Review Additional Information - We've included our return policy, shipping costs, and more, in a document to provide it all up front.
   
Send your company logo to 70E Store for use in our choice program. If you're interested in embroidery, send us your logo. We'll get this set up and define your embroidery requirements (e.g. Nomex thread for FR garments, rayon for non-FR). Acquiring your logo at this stage allows us to get back to you with an actual example of the embroidery on cloth (aka a “sew-out”) for approval in a timely fashion.  
   
Complete the 70E Store Outfitters Agreement. This document reiterates the choices that were made in the product questionnaire and the information provided in the "Additional Information" in step 1. It provides contact information for your FRSafety Outfitters Support Team. The “legal-eeze” states that you can't sell our software but if you are wearing FRC, we doubt you want to be in the illegal software business. Best of all, there's no mandatory contract timeline required for use of FRSafety Outfitters Clothing Program. In the unlikely event you ever decide to discontinue our service, it details the necessary information and process to do so.
   
Train with 70E Store. We'll walk your designated administrator or team through in a training session. We can also provide videos and training manual to provide support after the training. Your FRSafety Account Manager can assist with any questions that may come up, as well.
   
Kickoff your clothing program with 70E Store Outfitters! We'll introduce your FRSafety Outfitters Online Clothing Program with an introductory email and provide a link to log in, their log-in information, and their beginning allowance balance. We'll also provide to each and every employee our contact information for the FRSafety Team, so we are easy to reach. We don't expect your administrative team to answer questions about products, returns, etc. Our easy-to-find contact information will encourage your team to contact us for answers.
